- Copy, document, and distribute all managerial notices, decisions, and orders, on all
- Keeping all company correspondence records updated and accurate and maintain filing system
Keeping Manager’s schedule, assisting in the Manager tasks, calls, arrangements.
- Follow up on actions matters as requested by the Management Team.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
- Provide phone and electronic support to our customer base
- Read analyze service reports and determine after service requirements for maintenance and fit outs
- Coordinate and maintain relationship with client by updating status of their PO’s , issues update
- Log, track and update client request , record call out / incidents system
- Issue customer surveys; collate survey data responses and create reports
- Create and maintain support dashboards and dashboards for customers
- Send inquiries, receiving quotations and negotiation with suppliers
- Prepare cost estimates , quotations /proposals and send to client
- Coordinate with engineering teams for service deliveries to our customers
- Provide feedback on the services /product and make suggestions for improvement
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated and premium customers
- Follow up with client’s status of quotations /proposals
- Prepare job orders and Manage sales records,
- Providing customer and internal staff support and to undertake all tasks to enable the smooth running of the business
- Prepare submittal documents for projects
- Prepare invoices, sales reports, statement of accounts and other sales related documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
- Assist operationally and administratively in the achievement of sales department’s pre-determined sales and targets.
- Provide assistance to sales executives regarding procedures and usage of sales software
- generate workable solutions and assist on resolving customer complaints
- Responsible to generate all order processing and send order acknowledgement to customers by email or fax.
- Issue Pro forma invoices and tracked till delivery with minimum lead time.
