Currently
hiring for Sr. HVAC/ Plumbing Engineer for Dubai.
? Reviewing the tender drawings and specification & Preparing the technical clarification request for consultant submission
? Ensuring the work executed in accordance with contract specifications and approved shop drawings, agreed procedures and method statements
? Ensure timely clearances of Civil works
? To liaise with all the relevant local authorities for smooth completion of the project
? Coordination with other departments for receipt of equipment at site
? Scheduling the erection of the equipment and follow up with sub-contractors
? Planning the manpower requirements.
? Getting certification from Clients / Consultants
? Arranging for Testing & Commissioning
? Arrange training program for the workers involve in the execution of the project activities
