We are the reputed interior fit out company currently searching for the enthusiastic and responsible Procurement Officer to join us.

The best suitable candidate should have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in fit out materials purchasing;
- Strong research and negotiation competencies;
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business or related fields from an accredited institution.;
- Fluency in English;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and search engines;
- Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets;
- Good judgments in making purchasing decisions;

Your main responsibilities will be:

Acquiring material for the company, compare and evaluate product offered to determine if the align with the need of the company; compare the quotations with the price of the BOQ, choose the most reliable suppliers before generation of purchase order. Fully aware of purchasing process.
