Candidate will be required to handle administrative coordination activity of the department along handling front office (Reception ) job.

Desired Candidate Profile Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Experience and Proven Success in a Technical co-ordination role.
Extensive customer liaison exposure.
Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly MS Projects. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Generating technical sales proposals and contracts (Statement of Work, Services Proposals)
Working with the engineering & service teams to ensure development schedules and deliveries are being met.
Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
 Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
 Greet, assist and/or direct visitors
 Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
 Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies especially letterheads etc
